A comprehensive experiment of water soluble lubricant covered on gold plated surface

Abstract: Since some popular solvents such as 1,1,1-trichloroethane, freon are forbidden to use because of the depletion of ozone layer, many lubricants may not be able to apply on the contact surfaces. It is of urgent importance to develop new lubricants especially for coating on thin gold electroplating surfaces.
