A Conceptual Approach of Building Web Based Learning Tool

Abstract

This work introduces a conceptualized approach of building web based learning tool for providing knowledge for specific topic and student model for student educational interactivity evaluation. The main characteristic of the presented approach for development learning application that is intended for web access is the consistency of the three key aspects of the digital form of a learning processlearning objectives, information flow organization and software instruments.
