Abstract:The article discusses development work on the control system of an electric vehicle considering the limitations of the TM4 Sumo power unit. Particular attention was focused on the development of a new algorithm for controlling the final phase of braking (using a retarder) at low speeds, using proprietary regulators based on the prediction of braking force values.
