A Convenient and Efficient One‐Pot Synthesis of 3‐Acylisoxazoles Using Iron(III) Salts.

Abstract

Salts. -Treatment of alkenes and alkynes with ketones in the presence of Fe(NO3)3 or FeCl3/NO2 offers a simple, efficient, and environmentally friendly method to prepare 3-acylisoxazole derivatives.
