Almost one-third of all female malignancies recorded in Iraq's most recent Iraqi Cancer Registry are breast cancers, making it the most common kind among women. With an anticipated 9.6 million deaths due to cancer in 2018, it is the second largest cause of death worldwide. One out of every six people who die in the world does so as a result of cancer. In low- and middle-income nations, cancer kills more than 70 percent of the population. Methods: This study include 49 samples patients and 40 samples (control group) which collection by draw of blood by gel tube and also the specimens were used centrifuge to get serum to measuring the interlukein-8 level by ELISA technique to both groups (patients, control). Results: measured IL-8 levels by ELISA technique and the results were referred to raise in IL-8 levels of BC females for serum samples compared with control group (healthy women). The cutoff value of serum IL-8 was >26.73 with good sensitivity, specificity and accuracy level respectively (73.47 %, 75 % and 72.0 %). The serum level of IL-8 was significantly higher in breast cancer group in comparison with control group, 36.69 (27.39) fold change versus 20.55 (13.83) fold change, respectively (p < 0.001). Conclusion: This study has found that the investigated interlukein-8 levels were associated with moderate to high grade carcinoma, this study may clarify that IL-8 along very important predictive and diagnostic marker for breast cancer and treatment responsiveness.

Cancer cells display uncontrolled growth invasion and sometimes metastatic spread to other location in the body via lymph nodes or blood. Cancer affects people are mostly in elder ages peoples with risk for most type increasing with age cancer caused about 13% of all human death 2008(7.6million). While improved the cancer patients first important for administer the chemotherapy. But they may cause many of side effects in main side effects is “EXTRAVASATION in” extravasations is infiltration or leakage of intravenous chemotherapeutic agents. It mostly affected in extremities, into the local tissue surrounding the administration site may result of local tissue damage or extravasations. Drugs that is associated with severe necroes is when extravasations are known as vesicants. Whereas those associated with less severe burning or inflammation are known as irritation. The aim of the present study was conducted to assess the effect of saline washout technique in the management of chemotherapy extravasation among cancer patients. A pre-experimental design was chosen to assess the effectiveness of saline washout technique on chemotherapy extravasations. The present was conducted at SMCH with 100 male and female who come under inclusion criteria and they were selected by non-probability convenience sampling technique. The demographical variables was collected by using Semi-structured questionnaire and extravasations was assessed by INS (Infusion nurses society) infiltration and extravasation scale. The result revealed the pretest results show that 30% had mild stage, 31% had moderate stage, 24% had severe stage and 15% had very severe stage on chemotherapy extravasation among cancer patients. The post-test data revealed that 35% had normal stage, 24%hadmildstage,21%hadmoderatestage, 14% had severe stage and 6% had very severe stage on chemotherapy extravasation among cancer patients. The result revealed that saline washout technique was more effective in the management of chemotherapy extravasation among cancer patients.

Introduction: Alopecia is a hair loss that occur continuously and may occur in men, women and children. The causes of alopecia, including the use of cosmetics, medication, stress, postpartum period, hormonal disorders, and scalp infection. The purpose of this research is to determine the compounds contained in Petroselinum crispum that have the potential as antialopecia agents by predicting ligand-receptor binding and binding modes, predicting ADME by using Lipinski's rule, and also comparing the effectiveness with native ligand and minoxidil. Methodology: The process starts with protein and ligand structure preparation, then docking using Autodock Vina. Afterward, analyzed and visualized of the ligands docking, and predicted the ADME according to lipinski's rules using SwissADME and toxicity using PASS predistion. Result: There were 24 compounds found in Petroselinum crispum. Molecular docking simulation showed that six compounds had better binding affinities than minoxidil. Based on the results of prediction of ADMET values using the Lipinski rule and PASS Prediction, compound that are thought to have good activity is (+)–Marmesin compared to minoxidil. Conclusion: (+)–Marmesin to have better interactions with the androgen receptor, but not better than native ligands. thus, (+)–Marmesin can be used as antialopecia agents alternative terapy.
