A cost analysis of conservative management of spinal cord-injured patients in Nigeria

Abstract: Study design: A prospective study. Objectives: To determine the cost of acute phase of injury (ASCI) among spinal cord-injured patients managed conservatively in Nigeria. Settings: Gwagwalada, Abuja.
