Abstract-In order to realize more intelligent storage monitoring system, the information fusion model of wireless sensor network for storage environment monitoring is studied on the basis of analyzing information fusion technology. By analyzing the structure of storage monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, a two-layer information fusion method is established. The information fusion of homogeneous sensor based on adaptive weighting and the fusion method of heterogeneous sensor based on radial basis function neural network are designed and verified. The experimental results show that the design method can fuse the storage environment information and realize the accurate identification of the environmental state. Therefore, the algorithm can effectively improve the speed of network training, and the classification effect is good. To a certain extent, it can help enterprises to establish a safe and efficient storage system, to enhance the efficiency of enterprise warehousing operations.Keywords-Wireless Sensor Network, Warehouse Monitoring System, Information Fusion IntroductionIn order to ensure safe and efficient logistics operation, and further improve the overall efficiency and safety of the logistics system, "intelligent logistics" has become an inevitable trend of the development of the logistics industry. As an important part of logistics, storage is bound to move in the direction of intelligence. Wireless sensor network adopts a new mode of information acquisition and processing, which can realize the integration of information acquisition, transmission and processing. Therefore, the warehouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor network can effectively solve the problems such as numerous equipment, complex wiring, poor scalability, high management and maintenance cost. Abstrak-Biogas merupakan salah satu gas alam yang dapat terbakar, kandungan yang paling banyak diobservasi dalam penelitian ini adalah gas metana (CH4), hidrogen (H2) dan karbon dioksida (CO2), hal inilah yang menjadikan biogas dapat dikembangkan dan digunakan sebagai energi alternatif. Namun pada umumnya plant biodigester yang digunakan untuk memproduksi biogas masih sangat sederhana, sehingga dibutuhkan perancangan sistem yang dapat membantu proses monitoring produksi biogas. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses akuisisi data menggunakan sensor gas metana MQ4, sensor gas hidrogen MQ8 dan sensor gas Karbon dioksida MG811 serta parameter yang berpengaruh pada proses produksi biogas seperti suhu, kelembaban dan tekanan. Berdasarkan pengukuran terhadap gas metana, didapatkan titik tertinggi produksi gas terjadi pada pukul 10:00 dengan kondisi pengukuran suhu: 34°C, kelembaban: 67%RH, dan tekanan: 100,6 kPa menghasilkan gas metana sebesar 95.672 ppm. Untuk pengukuran gas hidrogen didapatkan titik tertinggi produksi gas terjadi pada pukul 14:00 dengan kondisi pengukuran suhu 34°C, kelembaban 74%RH, dan tekanan 100,4 kPa menghasilkan gas hidrogen sebesar 4,378 ppm. Pada pengukuran gas karbondioksida titik tertinggi produksi gas terjadi pada pukul 11:00 dengan kondisi pengukuran suhu 33°C, kelembaban 68%RH, dan tekanan 100,5 kPa menghasilkan gas karbondioksida sebesar 16,89 ppm. Kata Kunci : Biodigester, Sistem Monitoring, Biogas, DAQAbstract-Biogas is one of the flammable natural gas. The most observed content of biogas in this study is methane (CH4), hydrogen (H2) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Therefore, biogas can be developed and used as an alternative energy. Nowadays, the used of plant biodigester, as the biogas producer, is still in very simple design. So, the system design should be developed to assist the monitoring process of biogas production. In this study, a system is design which can do the data acquisition using MQ4 sensor of methane, MQ8 sensor of hydrogen and MG811 sensor of carbon dioxide also the parameter which influencing to the process of biogas production such as temperature, humidity and pressure. Based on the measurement of methane, it is spotted that the highest point of methane production occured at 10:00 a.m. The details were the temperature 34 °C, humidity 67% RH, and pressure 100,6 kPa which can produce 95.672 ppm of methane. In the measurement of hydrogen, it is figured out that the highet point of hydrogen production occured at 02:00 p.m. The details were the temperature 34 °C, humidity 74% RH, and a pressure of 100,4 kPa to produce 4,738 ppm of hydrogen. Then, the highest point of the measurement of carbon dioxide production occurred at 11:00 a.m. The details were temperature 33 °C, humidity 68% RH, and a pressure of 100,5 kPa to 16,89 ppm of carbon dioxide.

Implementation of a Low-Cost Energy and Environment Monitoring System Based on a Hybrid Wireless Sensor Network

A low-cost hybrid wireless sensor network (WSN) that utilizes the 917 MHz band Wireless Smart Utility Network (Wi-SUN) and a 447 MHz band narrow bandwidth communication network is implemented for electric metering and room temperature, humidity, and CO 2 gas measurements. A mesh network connection that is commonly utilized for the Internet of Things (IoT) is used for the Wi-SUN under the Contiki OS, and a star connection is used for the narrow bandwidth network. Both a duty-cycling receiver algorithm and a digitally controlled temperature-compensated crystal oscillator algorithm for frequency reference are implemented at the physical layer of the receiver to accomplish low-power and low-cost wireless sensor node design. A two-level temperaturecompensation approach, in which first a fixed third-order curve and then a sample-based first-order curve are applied, is proposed using a conventional AT-cut quartz crystal resonator. The developed WSN is installed in a home and provides reliable data collection with low construction complexity and power consumption.
