Abstract:Background: Intraoperative autologous transfusion(IAT) has been used in scoliosis surgery for decades; however, its cost-effectiveness remains debatable. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of IAT in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) surgery with different blood loss volumes.
