“…In 2023, tourist arrivals to Tanzania increased by 24.3% to 1,808,205 from 1, 454,920, 922,692, and 616,491 in 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. In 2020, revenue dropped to 1 billion USD as it was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from USD 2.6 billion and 1.5 million arrivals in 2019.
