A cystic ring-enhancing cerebellar lesion

Abstract: Considering the patient's MRI appearance, astrocytoma seems the correct choice at first glance. But in fact, postoperative histopathologic examination demonstrated the diagnosis of hemangioblastoma (Fig. 2C).
