“…The selection of these interface cards completely meets the performance specification of the data reception rate of about several thousands of tracks per second. The rate of data inputting into the com puter can be, if necessary, increased, as it is shown in [7,8] by changing to the PCI 7200 interface card [13]. The LE 83T controller is based on the LE 51 unit [15] and its LE 83 modification [6], and, in addition to standard data reading functions and interfacing between the computer and bus of the MISS frame, can produce special control signals.…”

“…A similar approach with the use of the inner buffer was applied in the data acquisition systems [7,8], but the duration of the active data acquisition period Т 1 .5 s in these works was determined by the stretching time of the beam drop to experimental setups with the full period of the У 70 accelerator cycle (Protvino) T 0 = 9.1 s. As a result, the beam time coefficient (BTC) of these data acquisition systems was limited by the characteristics of the accelerator and it was Т/Т 0 1 .5/9.1 = 0.16. The data acquisition systems described in this work allows one to raise the BTC up to 0.92, while operating in the CW flux.…”
