Abstract:Transition metal complexes with multiple metal–metal bonds exhibit interesting catalytic and biological properties. One element whose metal–metal bond chemistry has been poorly studied is technetium. Currently, only 25 technetium complexes with multiple metal–metal bonds have been structurally characterized.
