A diagnostic Approach to Deltoid Muscle Masses

Abstract: Introduction. Referred pain along the deltoid muscle is a common presentation of patients with shoulder pathology. Intramuscular lesions involving the deltoid muscle are often identified on routine ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging of the shoulder.
