A diagnostic dilemma: A dorsal spine chondromyxoid fibroma turned out to be chondrosarcoma

Abstract: Introduction: Chondrosarcoma is the most common malignant primary tumor of the chest wall. Only a few cases were reported to arise posteriorly from the paravertebral component.
