Abstract: Study Objective: The objective of our study was to determine safety and pharmacology (pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy) of intranasal (IN) ketamine for uncontrolled cancer-related pain. Design: Dose escalation clinical trial. Setting: Outpatient. Patients: Ten adult patients with uncontrolled cancer-related pain.
