A Dynamic Definition of Acute Kidney Injury Does not Improve Prognosis Assessment in Acutely Decompensated Patients with Cirrhosis

Abstract: To our knowledge, this is the first evidence of the limited impact of modifying the fixed kidney injury definition currently used for acute-on-chronic liver failure.
