Online tourist reviews are the real feeling of tourists after the journey, which have a strong reference value for potential tourists to make travel decisions. However, it is almost impossible for a potential tourist to look through the massive online reviews related to tourist attractions (TAs) so that he/she can make the most appropriate decision. To this end, this paper proposes a recommender system to rank the alternative TAs through online reviews based on aspect-level sentiment analysis and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) with intuitionistic and hesitant fuzzy information. In this methodology, the aspects that the experienced tourists concern are extracted from online reviews to construct a three-level evaluation system (including target layer, criteria layer and sub-criteria layer), which not only ensures the comprehensive evaluation of TAs as much as possible, but also reduces the complexity of the decision-making process. Then, the online reviews related to these sub-criteria are transformed into the corresponding intuitionistic and hesitant fuzzy performance scores through aspect-level sentiment analysis. Furthermore, in order to obtain the final ranking result that more in line with the expectations of the potential tourist, the preference information from the potential tourist and experienced tourists is integrated to determine the weights of criteria. Subsequently, the intuitionistic and hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS (IHF-TOPSIS) method is proposed to rank the alternative TAs. Finally, a case study is provided to verify the validity and applicability of the methodology.

The development of industries in China’s resource-rich regions is mainly affected by resource reserves, environmental protection, and industrial structural adjustment. The development of resource-oriented industries that can’t support a high-quality regional economy is large but not well developed. This article considers China’s resource product imports and exports, carbon emissions, and industrial structure ratio factors in recent years. It is believed that China’s resource-rich regions have macro-level development bottlenecks, and the general development of a resource-based industries path is proposed based on the perspective of “resources, assets, and capital”. Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an empirical case, this article analyzes the pattern of regional industrial development by using the input-output method, calculates the degree of inter-industrial correlation, and constructs a regional industrial development system. The results show the following: 1. China’s overall industrial development pattern has undergone major changes; 2. emerging industries and service-oriented industries have risen in development status, and although resource-based industries have a weaker development momentum, they still have an important position; 3. the hierarchical industry development management model is helpful for forming a regional circular economy innovation development pattern. The results also indicate that the integrated management of “resources, assets, and capital” has a positive effect on the development of resource-based industries in resource-rich regions, which affects the overall industrial development pattern of the region and promotes economic development.

The subject of the research is conflicts between businesses and local population concerning negative impact of mineral resources extraction on the environment and possibilities of its prevention. The purpose of the work is creating an economic mechanism for ecological conflicts prevention in the regions where mineral resources are extracted through implementing an economic mathematical model of forming optimal assortment of compensatory measures. Mechanisms of preventing ecological conflicts in mineral resources extracting regions including two ingredients — expert analytical and optimizational — are proposed. While realizing the expert analytical constituent of the mechanism, local population on a par with authorities and representatives of the extracting enterprise are involved in prioritizing in the course of reducing man-impact on the environment and in the process of compensatory measures portfolio forming. Optimizational constituent of the mechanism for ecological conflicts prevention demands forming a model for optimal compensatory measures choice. Scientific novelty and significance of the work are presented by a rate scale for expertise of possible negative ecological consequences of creating and operating an extracting enterprise from the point of view of population groups. As the research result an algorithm of expert assessment processing enabling to determine the priority ranking for reducing man-impact on the environment and tension reduction between the extracting enterprise and local population is formed. An optimizational model enabling to determine optimal set of compensatory measures taking into account the interests of both extracting enterprises and the most conflict groups of local population is proposed.
