After microwave heat treatment at 300°C, three new peaks are observed at 37.3°, 43.3°and 62.9°, which can be assigned to the (1 1 1), (2 0 0) and (2 2 0) crystal planes of cubic NiO (JCPDS No.47-1049), respectively [20,21].
