Abstract:A new series of octadecanoic acid [4-(3-phenyl-acryloyl)-phenyl]-amide chalcone derivatives under base-catalyzed Claisen-Schmidt condensation were design, synthesized and characterized by spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR).
