Abstract:Iron hydroxide (Fe(OH)3) nanoparticles have garnered considerable attention for their effectiveness in water treatment. This paper reviews recent studies on the photocatalytic degradation of phenol using Fe(OH)3, detailing the synthesis procedure, photocatalytic reaction conditions under UV‐C and catalyst amount optimization.
