A Finite Element Method Model for Large Strains Analysis of Timber

Abstract: In this report a Finite Element Method (FEM) model, within the continuum mechanics of\ud solids, for mechanical long term response of timber structures is presented. The proposed\ud model can analyze three-dimensional solids, within the theory for non-linear\ud material orthotropic elastic-viscous-plastic.
