Abstract: RESUMO: Pesquisa bibliográfica na modalidade revisão integrativa da literatura, descritiva e abordagem qualitativa cujo objeto trata da formação de enfermeiros na graduação, considerando os fundamentos que embasam o processo ensino-aprendizagem.
