Our aim was to analyze the effects of individuals' motivations, specifically reciprocity, experience, activity, and emotion, on their communications in an online health forum. We employed an exponential random graph approach to analyze concrete models embedded in online health networks. According to the research that we conducted over a 5-year period on a dataset drawn from a global diabetes forum, reciprocal information diffusion occurred in the forum; a high level of online activity had a positive impact for gratification of the individual user. Both having more experience and expressing polarized emotions played an important role in individuals' post contributions, however these factors had little influence on reply interaction among users. We also modeled post contribution and reply interaction in the same network in respect to the relationship-building processes, which may help in gaining more understanding about the mechanisms underlying communication in online health forums.

This paper exposes a novel method has been developed during these 2 years. The method is named as “adjective based automatic rating system”. This method is developed to utilize the abundant availability of text on the internet for quality and performance rating purpose. The text is processed in such a way and leave only the adjectives. Semantic analysis is done by two knowledge: adjectives of performance definition and Indonesian adjectives database with its synonym-antonym relation. This research proposes several formula steps, therefore the method output is a rating score that can be tunned its scale. The experiment results have been gathered for several objects: tourism, courier service, and organization performance. With detail information in tourism object experiment, this paper cites the other experiment results as well. This paper also provides availability information of the method as Python library. The results show a high correlation score, always more than 0.9. The results also show acceptable error scores, never more than 45%.

É crescente o número de trabalhos que procuram extrair informação e conhecimento a partir de dados não estruturados como textos publicados na web em blogs, microblogs, redes sociais e fontes de notícias. Em muitos casos, a avaliação deste tipo de dado não estruturado depende do contexto ou domínio específico de uma aplicação. Assim o uso de ontologia surge como uma ferramenta para dar suporte à classificação de dados e inferência de informação a partir de dados não estruturados como. Os avanços trazem sistemas baseados em ontologias (ontology driven). Com o objetivo de verificar os avanços nesta área, o presente trabalho apresenta uma revisão sistemática sobre os temas análise de sentimento e ontologia. O objetivo específico é responder a questão: Qual é a contribuição do uso de Ontologia para Análise de Sentimento em dados não estruturados da Web?
