A Fully Distributed Coordination Method for Fast Decoupled Multi-Region State Estimation

Abstract: Distributed state estimation (DSE) is effective for the analysis of multi-region state estimation problems, avoiding integrating complicated data sets and models. In this work, the peer-to-peer decomposition of the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition is applied to formulate the fully distributed fast decoupled state estimation (FD2SE) algorithm.
