A Gender-based Approach to Parliamentary Discourse

Abstract

This book is the result of a four year-long project titled La perspectiva de género en el lenguaje parlamentario andaluz (The gender perspective in the Andalusian parliamentary discourse). We thank the Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian Government) and FEDER (ERDF, European Regional Development Fund) for providing funding for the development of the project (P10-Hum 5872). We gratefully acknowledge the assistance, advice and counsel offered by a number of researchers who participated in three seminars on political discourse held at the University of Sevilla (2012, 2013 and 2014).
