A General Assessment of the Functional Impact of Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis

Abstract: Introduction: Long-term disability in patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is caused not only by neurological deficiency, but also by the difficulties with social and psychological adaptation.
