A Giant Maxillary Odontogenic Myxofibroma Occurring with Pulmonary Mycetoma

Abstract: Odontogenic myxoma can present with variable clinical and radiological appearance; therefore, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of radiolucent and mixed radiolucent–radiopaque lesions of both jaws in all age groups.
