A Giant Vallecular Cyst in an Adult: A Case Report

Abstract: Vallecular cysts (VCs) are rare benign lesions arising from the obstruction of mucous gland ducts. VCs are uncommon anomalies found in both pediatric and adult populations. They are also known as mucousretention cysts, preepiglottic cysts, ductal cysts, base-of-tongue cysts, and epiglottis cysts.
