A High Accuracy and Fast Hybrid On-Chip Temperature Sensor

Abstract: This paper presents a high accuracy and fast hybrid on-chip temperature sensor. The proposed temperature sensor combines a SAR type temperature sensor with a ΣΔ type temperature sensor. The SAR type temperature sensor has fast temperature searching time but it has more error than the ΣΔ type temperature sensor. The ΣΔ type temperature sensor is accurate but it is slower than the SAR type temperature sensor. The proposed temperature sensor uses both the SAR and ΣΔ type temperature sensors, so that the proposed … Show more

“…In a study by Dong-Min Kim et al [2], a video was generated using Google Streed View images and then transformed into a particular animation style. In recent years, people have refrained from going out due to the coronavirus, and visiting places where animated films are set has become a popular pastime. As an experiment, we created a video using frame interpolation of images obtained from the Google Streed View Static API, and transformed the style using a CNN trained on images from works of Animation.…”

“…1 Electromagnetic field and temperature sensors have undergone extensive research and application. 2,3 However, these sensors exhibit certain drawbacks, such as large dimensions, exorbitant cost, inadequate environmental adaptability, necessitating supplementary temperature control systems, 4 and limited dynamic range of testing. [5][6][7] New application requirements for magnetic field and temperature sensors, encompassing heightened sensitivity, integration, cost-effectiveness, and miniaturization, have emerged alongside developments in ground vehicle detection, unexploded ordnance detection, unmanned aerial vehicles, and other fields.…”
