Abstract:This paper presents an injection locked digitally controlled ring oscillator (IL-DCRO). To reduce jitter variations, minimize oscillator spurious signals, and eliminate periodical phase error, a double edge-injection (window injection) scheme with synchronized edge directions is proposed.
