A High-Speed, Scalable, and Programmable Traffic Manager Architecture for Flow-Based Networking

Abstract: In this paper, we present a programmable and scalable traffic manager (TM) architecture, targeting requirements of high-speed networking devices, especially in the software-defined networking context.
