Abstract: The presented case involves the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a 20-year-old male high-level skier who presented with persistent right knee pain following a ski crash. The patient reported hitting his right knee against a tree during the accident, resulting in intermittent swelling and a sensation of a mass within the knee.
