A high-throughput de novo sequencing approach for shotgun proteomics using high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract: BackgroundHigh-resolution tandem mass spectra can now be readily acquired with hybrid instruments, such as LTQ-Orbitrap and LTQ-FT, in high-throughput shotgun proteomics workflows.
