A Hybrid Approach of Data Envelopment Analysis Based Grey Relational Analysis: A Study on Egg Yield

Sindir… Show more

“…Many authors have used the grey system theory for this purpose: Kuang et al [37] dealt with a combination of GRA and PROMETHEE II; Thakur and Ramesh [38] used a combination of it and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP); Sakthivel et al [39] combined it with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS); Xue et al [40] combined it with the fuzzy theory; and Wang [41] combined it with the network nodes. Other ways of applying GRA are given in [42,43], including its combination with DEA in the form of the evaluation and selection of efficient suppliers [44], evaluating the effect of the conditions of both feeding and climate in poultry houses on production performance in a commercial poultry enterprise [45], ranking the efficiency of DMUs [46], and assessing the performance of exchange-traded funds [47].…”

“…With the expansion of organizations and increasing the supervisory scope of managers, evaluation and control of organizational units become a necessity for managers, which is not possible without evaluating the performance and efficiency of the units under their supervision as well as the evaluation by legal organizations in the EIA program [2,3]. The DEA is a good instrument for evaluating the performance of an organization in both the EIA program and after [4].…”
