Abstract:FL-amnion cells have mainly two alkaline phosphatase (AP) isozymes, of which the faster migrating one (FL-APF) on 5 % polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis has proved to be identical to the Kasahara isozyme, a tumor-associated AP of intestinal type.
