Abstract: BACKGROUND Cirsoid aneurysm of the scalp is a rare arteriovenous fistula having a traumatic, congenital, iatrogenic, or idiopathic etiology. Its presentation can range from a small swelling to a large pulsatile mass with tinnitus, headache, and scalp necrosis.
