A Localized Outbreak of Tinea Capitis (M. Audouini) in Northern Ireland

Abstract: (Table 1).Furthermore, it seems unlikely that many, if indeed any, of the infected children escaped examination, and it is reasonably certain that all the infected children attending school were detected. These facts, the abrupt onset of the outbreak and the finding that only one type of organism was incriminated, make the case histories collected particularly suitable for scientific analysis.
