A Longitudinal Evaluation of Cytopenia Severity in Patients with Clonal Cytopenia of Undetermined Significance (CCUS) and Correlation with the Presence of Sub-Clinical Dysplasia
Abstract:Introduction
Clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS) represents a clonal group of cells with the presence of a hematologic malignancy-associated somatic mutation without meeting the morphologic criteria for MDS. CCUS patients have a variable risk of progression to MDS.
