Abstract: Background: Neonatal and Maternal mortality remain alarmingly high in rural areas like Kwimba Tanzania. The Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (BEmONC) training program aims to decrease these rates by improving healthcare provider knowledge and skill.
