A melanin-bleaching methodology for molecular and histopathological analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue

Abstract: Removal of excessive melanin from heavily pigmented formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) melanoma tissues is essential for histomorphological and molecular diagnostic assessments.
