But McGovern, Miller and Robertson (1959) described two cases with mental changes in which there were no liver metastases and I have also examined a similar case. Savage and Noble (1954) reported two cases of pancreatic carcinoma with a psychiatric illness, reviewed the literature and found that 26 similar cases had previously been described; the mental changes are apparently not related to interference with insulin secretion.…”
