A Method for Estimating Gap-Junctional Conductance Between Ca3 Hippocampal Pyramidal Neurons

Abstract: Coupling ratio analysis using dual intracellular recording combined with ultrastructural examination of particles in plaques corresponding to gap-junctional channels is a quantitative measure of electrotonic coupling.
