“…Although several studies have shown that P. leucopus and P. maniculatus may exhibit significant differences in external traits, measurement ranges often overlap and classification analyses based on external morphology analyses tend to perform moderately or poorly (Rich et al 1996;Kamler et al 1998;Lindquist et al 2003).
