Performance assessment of teaching competency plays an important role in educational activities. Previous assessments of lecturers' performance have failed to distinguish between potential capacity and their teaching effectiveness. To solve this problem, the integrated approach of quantitative assessment and multi-criteria decision-making models has become one of the main trends for assessing the performance of lecturers in multiple dimensions: self, peer-, manager-and student-based evaluation. This paper proposes a novel hierarchical approach, developed by the Technique for Order preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method in an interval-valued complex neutrosophic set environment, to more accurately and comprehensively understand the evaluation process and fit it into a systematic framework. An application is given to illustrate a practical solution in lecturer's evaluation. The accuracy of the proposed method is verified by comparing with other methods. .

Quite commonly, faculty performance evaluations use a weighted scheme. Individual faculty members are evaluated on a scale with respect to teaching, research, and service activities. These scores are then combined using pre-determined weights to obtain a combined score that is often used to compare different members. The presented study aimed to investigate the effects of selecting the weights on the individual scores and rankings. The interest is not on single faculty members, but rather on the systems aspects of the practice. That is, how do the weights affect the educational system as a whole? How sensitive is the evaluation system to the selection of the weights? In order to question the leverage a decision maker who determines the weights would have on the outcome of the rankings, the approach based on numerical examples and formal linear programming (LP) considerations is used.

Systematically this article discusses and reviews the results of previous research on the development of quality education management character. The Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) determination methodology is widely applied in various domains to search for ratings that support the standard character of things to the contrary and determine the most effective alternative. Multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) is a modeling tool and methodology for dealing with complex engineering problems. About this article is how the matching method is carried out by matching and comparing land characteristics with criteria so that one conclusion is obtained and systematic reviews collect secondary data, conduct research studies challenge ideal educational management. In this context, the quality of higher education must be improved and optimized.
