A modeling framework for investment planning in interdependent infrastructures in multi-hazard environments.

Abstract: Currently, much of protection planning is conducted separately for each infrastructure and hazard. Limited funding requires a balance of expenditures between terrorism and natural hazards based on potential impacts.
