A modified dissipated energy fatigue criterion to consider the thermo-oxidative ageing of electrically conductive silicone adhesive joints

Abstract: The increasing use of adhesive joints as an assembly technique in various technical fields at the expense of the classical soldering and welding technique brings up the critical questions of their reliability and their lifetime prediction.
