A Molecular Epidemiology Project on Diet and Cancer: The Epic-Italy Prospective Study. Design and Baseline Characteristics of Participants

Abstract: EPIC-Italy is the Italian section of a larger project known as EPIC (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition), a prospective study on diet and cancer carried out in 10 European countries.
