A mouthful of anomalies

Abstract: Isolated bilateral macrodontia of the mandibular second premolars is a rare condition. We believe that the case reported here is the first in which isolated bilateral macrodontia of the mandibular second premolars presents with numerous dental anomalies affecting other teeth.
