A multi‐objective performance modelling framework for enabling self‐optimisation of cellular network topology and configurations

Abstract: Cellular system optimisation, a cornerstone of cellular systems paradigm, requires new focus shift because of the emergence of plethora of new features shaping the cellular landscape.
