A Multilevel Model Approach for Assessing the Effects of House and Neighborhood Characteristics on Housing Vacancy: A Case of Daegu, South Korea

Abstract: Previous studies on housing vacancy mostly focused on variables representing regional characteristics while overlooking the characteristics of individual houses.
